Вимоги
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Operations
Be personable, approachable and operate at an international level, effectively socialising and driving key initiatives
Analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of interpreting and presenting actionable data, including setting metrics for individual and company-wide initiatives
Excellent understanding of marketing measurement techniques including familiarity with marketing attribution models, scoreboard, and KPI reporting
Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Problem solving and creative thinking skills
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
Expect with Salesforce.com and strong familiarity in leading sales support systems
Strong knowledge Salesforce and Excel
Familiarity funnel Measurement Software (LeanData, Funnelwise, Leadspace, Full Circle etc.) a plus
BA/BS specializing in Marketing, Finance or Business preferred, with MBA a plus

Make sure all sales tools are well integrated, robust and cost effective. The goal is for these assets to deliver value to the sales team in a scalable, flexible fashion
Arm Sales teams with data and analytics to positively impact resulting sales
Perform ad-hoc analysis and bring actionable insights to marketing and sales
Maintain an efficient processes and accurate reports and dashboards that enable sales managers to respond to market challenges and drive revenue growth
Create Intelligent analysis of raw data that can be invaluable for sales growth
Analytics from sales operations should provide answers that helps sales base decisions on facts, not intuition
Manage the inbound/outbound lead generation technologies to optimize lead flow quality and cost effectiveness
Define and execute the sales forecasting and pipeline management processes
Implement, document and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com and integrate with business intelligence software and other sales tools
Ensure alignment of territories/divisions/regions and maximize effectiveness of the sales force
Help identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across your vertical/sector
